Writers, hopeless romantics and best friends Rebecca Baird and Emily Fletcher attempt to legitimise their English Lit degrees by talking a lot about stories. We’ll talk books, films, and music, share our own writing journeys and delight listeners far and wide with our adorable friendship. When it comes to good stories, we’re obsessive, we’re effusive, we’re analytical... well we’re just completely Infatuated.

Friday Sep 11, 2020
Friday Sep 11, 2020
This week, we have part two of our three-part miniseries talking about myth and folklore! Emily talks about the wholly underrepresented witch in Circe by Madeline Miller, while Rebecca shares the story of a real life "mad woman" in Taylor Swift's new album Folklore. We talk about trash drafts, Greek mythology that inspired the zodiac, and Emily writes a poem about Achilles and Patroclus. Rebecca also shares the wonder of wheelbarrows!
